Is my data safe?
Yes, your connection is protected with SSL (secure connection protocol, preventing data being captured when being transferred), server is guarded by Web Application Firewall (protecting data from being stolen from server), and your payment data is handled by Stripe (worldwide recognised payment processor, offering bank-level security). We do not store your card data.
How do you process my files?
Our algorithm will go through all pages of documents, you've uploaded, scan them and try to find tables. If they're found, it will extract their content, and merge all of it into single csv file.
Do you store my files?
Yes, depending on used processing algorithm, your files can be stored on secure AWS servers. Stored files are deleted regularly, once a month.

What document languages do you support?
Our algorithm should be able to handle any language. If it doesn’t work with yours, feel free to drop us a message with attached PDF file, that you tried to convert, and we will do our best to update converter, so it is able to process it.
I had my bank statement in paper, I scanned it, and saved as PDF. Can you process such file?
This feature should be available within next few weeks.
Do you guarantee results?
No, unfortunately there is no one single pattern for PDF bank statement, that all banks in the world would keep. They can vary significantly on many levels between banks. It may happen that our algorithm will not be in sync with the specific format your bank uses. Feel free to check if it works for you within your daily free limit for non-registered users (1 conversion daily), or monthly free limit for registered users (10 pages monthly). Also, if it doesn’t work for you, feel free to drop us a message with attached PDF file, that you tried to convert. We will be happy to update our algorithm to work with your bank.
BILLING
What can I get for free?
Without registration you get conversions for 2 pages per day, and after registering for a free account - 10 pages a month.
If document I upload will have pages that don’t contain any tables (transactions), will that pages also be deducted from my conversions limit?
Yes, we can’t know in advance that page will not have transactions data, so we have to process this page normally, and therefore it will be deducted from your monthly limit. If this concerns you, you can edit your PDF before conversion, and remove redundant pages.
Can I cancel subscription, or downgrade back to free plan?
Of course, you can do this at any moment. Just go settings, and then to 'Account' tab and press 'Cancel' button under Cancel subscription section. You will still keep your free conversions limit, of 50 pages monthly
Can I change my subscription, downgrade or upgrade?
Of course, just get to pricing section, ans select your new plan, previous plan will be canceled automaticaly. Remaining convertions from your previous plan will be added to your new plan to use in your current billing period.
