  3. Subscription Plans: The Web App offers various subscription plans with different pricing tiers, allowing users to convert a specific number of pages per month. The pricing is based on the selected plan and the maximum number of pages permitted for conversion.

2. Payment and Billing:

  1. Stripe: Payments for the Web App services are processed through Stripe. Users are required to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information. By using the Web App, you agree to be bound by Stripe's terms of service, available here
  2. Billing Cycle: The monthly billing cycle begins on the date of subscription and recurs on the same day each month. Users will be billed automatically unless the subscription is canceled before the next billing date.
  3. Subscription Changes: Users can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their subscription plan at any time. Changes to the subscription plan will be reflected in the next billing cycle.

3. Usage Limits:

  1. Page Limit: Each subscription plan comes with a specified maximum number of pages that can be converted per month. Users exceeding this limit may be prompted to upgrade to a higher-tier plan or billed for additional pages, depending on the terms of their subscription.

4. User Responsibilities:

  1. Data Accuracy: Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data uploaded to the Web App. The Web App processes the data as provided and does not guarantee the accuracy of the converted information.
  2. Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. Any unauthorized use of the account should be reported immediately.

5. Intellectual Property:

  1. Ownership: All intellectual property rights related to the Web App, including but not limited to software, trademarks, and content, are reserved. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Web App for its intended purpose.

6. Accuracy of Result Data::

7. Termination:

  1. Termination by User: Users can terminate their subscription at any time. Termination will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
  2. Termination by Bank Statement Converter: we reserve the right to terminate or suspend a user's access to the Web App for violation of these terms or any unlawful or inappropriate conduct.
